Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of happybabydays.mom and bookings with Ashline Yoga, Údolní 22, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic.
1. Services
We offer yoga classes, workshops, private sessions and studio hire. Descriptions, prices (CZK) and dates on the site are indicative until booking is confirmed in writing or by email.
2. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when we send confirmation and payment instructions are met. Prices include VAT where applicable under Czech law.
3. Cancellation
- Cancel 48+ hours before a class: full credit toward a future class
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: class fee is due
- Studio hire: cancel 7+ days before for a full refund minus disclosed costs
If we cancel a class, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
4. Studio rules
Follow teacher guidance, keep phones silent, and respect shared props. Inform us of injuries before practice. We may refuse service if safety rules are ignored.
5. Health
Yoga involves physical activity. You practise at your own risk within ordinary care. Seek medical advice if unsure whether a class suits you.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
7. Intellectual property
Website content and Ashline branding remain our property.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
